Fully Funded Scholarships for International Students – South Korea. Various ministries of the Korean Government run scholarship programs for international students and are gradually increasing their quotas. At present, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provide language, undergraduate, and graduate school scholarships with multiple scholarship benefits for international students.

Those who are majoring in Korean studies (humanities, social sciences, and arts and culture), are currently involved in Korea-related research, or are working in a Korea-related field and correspond to one of the profiles listed in the KLT program may apply. All those who apply must be able to understand and speak at least basic Korean. |

| Eligibility |
Scholars outside Korea who conduct comparative or case studies in the field of Korean studies or Korea-related areas in the fields of humanities or social sciences, or focus on research topics that are closely related to Korea and recognized as important new areas of study, and fall under one of the following Type A or Type B criteria. |
